Security in Bellevue
Why Bellevue properties call Blu Wing
We already run patrol on the Eastside, in Bellevue's Eastgate area and in Redmond. Adding your property puts it on a route that's already running.
We cover Downtown Bellevue, Eastgate, Factoria, Crossroads, Bel-Red, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah and Bothell.
Eastside buildings need a different guard
Downtown Bellevue lobbies and luxury apartments want a concierge officer in a suit who greets residents and controls access. Garden-style communities in Eastgate and Factoria need patrol cars and someone who checks the garage. We staff both.
What Eastside managers call us about
- Car prowls and catalytic converter theft in garages
- Package theft from lobbies and lockers
- Tailgating through gated garages
- After-hours lobby and amenity access
- Construction sites in Bel-Red and Downtown
Where we work on the Eastside
We cover Downtown Bellevue, Eastgate, Factoria, Crossroads and Bel-Red, plus Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah and Bothell.
Reports your owners will read
Every incident gets a written report with times, locations and photos within 12 hours. When an asset manager asks what happened last month, you send them the reports.
