Cameras plus guards
Monitoring works on its own or alongside patrol and standing guards. Many properties pair overnight monitoring with patrol so a guard can respond to what the cameras catch.
Privacy
We follow Washington privacy law. We don't record audio in violation of RCW 9.73, and we release footage involving residents only to you, to law enforcement or under a court order.
